What we collect

When you send the request form: the service you need, the number of products, your company name, your name, your email and, if you give it, a WhatsApp, WeChat or phone contact. If you tick the second box, we also keep your consent to receive occasional updates on EU cosmetics regulation. When you write to us by email or messenger, we keep that correspondence.

Why and on what basis

We use these data to prepare a quote, reply to your request and, if you ask us, to send updates. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Formulas and product documents are shared only after an NDA and are covered by it, not by this form.

How long we keep them

Request data are kept for one year after we finish handling your request, then deleted, unless we sign a contract with you. You can withdraw consent to updates at any time with one email.

Who processes them for us

Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and form processing), Telegram (delivery of new request notifications to our team) and Google (email). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their standard data protection terms. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
